From the Garden to the Table

I live on about a one-acre property in Silverado Canyon (Orange County, California).

Living in USDA Garden Zone 10B allows me to grow a year-round assortment of fruits, vegetables, and herbs that go directly into the recipes you see on this site.

On our “mini-farm,” we also have a flock of chickens and a variety of fruit trees.

My gardening content is born from years of hands-on experience specifically tailored for Southern California’s unique climate.

Adventure in Every Bite

While I am a longtime vegetarian, my family is not.

This gives me a unique perspective in the kitchen: I specialize in creating meals that satisfy everyone, from veggie-forward dishes to hearty sides that complement any diet.

We are truly adventurous eaters, always looking for new flavors to bring back to our kitchen, whether from local ethnic markets or my travels abroad.
