I am a big fan of Vietnamese food, and was happy to find The Noodle Palace at The Barnyard in Carmel By The Sea on a recent trip up the California Coast.
Authentic Vietnamese restaurants are plentiful in Orange County, but I was especially happy to discover Hoa Nguyen Vegetarian Kitchen in Little Saigon.
