There are a whole lot of Einstein Bros. Bagels locations in Southern California and throughout the country. This was my first time at Einstein’s. It has a comfortable and welcoming feel like I expect from smaller independent bagel shops, despite the large size and multiple locations.
They’ve got the usual bagels along with some creative combinations. You can have yoru bagel anyway you’d like it – plain, buttered, with schmear or made into a hot or cold sandwich. I had a toasted and buttered spinach bagel and a large fresh squeezed orange juice. My friend had an egg sandwich and hot tea.
There was a big crowd the morning that I was there, but the friendly employees filled orders quickly. There are some tables inside. Since the weather was nice, we sat on comfy chairs outside under an umbrella. The food is good and this is a great spot to chat with a friend.
