Todai is open for lunch and dinner. They have some extras on the menu at dinner, but there is plenty to choose from at lunch. They have a full range of hot and cold dishes, salads, sushi and dessert. If you don’t eat sushi, you can still find plenty of good food to fill up on.
My family typically heads straight to the sushi bar for a plate (or 2 or 3….) of sushi and then ends the meal with some of their cute desserts. Others may prefer hitting the hot dish section first (crab cakes, mussels, pasta, fish, chicken, tempura veggies….)
If it’s your birthday, they’ll bring you a cake and give you a voucher good for a free meal when you visit again later. You can ask your server for details.
I have been thoroughly impressed with Todai each and every time I’ve been there. The food and service are excellent.
