This dessert was absolutely delicious and took me about two minutes to make including pausing after each step to take the plate to my light box to photograph it.
The secret to these crepes is Melissa’s Ready to Use French Crepes. I haven’t learned how to make pretty crepes, but these are beautiful and tasty every time. A sweet or savory crepe can be ready in minutes and clean up is a breeze. Kids can even help with the assembly.
Easy White Chocolate Berry Crepes
Ingredients:
Melissa’s Ready to Use Crepes
Strawberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Melissa’s White Chocolate Dessert Sauce
Melissa’s Raspberry Dessert Sauce
Instructions:
Fold crepe in half.
Drizzle with White Chocolate Sauce. Place berries on half of the crepe that has already been folded in half.
Fold crepe over to cover the berries.
Drizzle with White Chocolate and Raspberry Sauces. Top with fresh berries. Serve and enjoy!
