Torani Syrups are delicious when added to a coffee drink. They can also be used to add extra flavor to baked goods. I made these shortbread cookies with Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup, but you can easily substitute another variety.
Pumpkin Pie Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c flour
2 T sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
3T Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup
1/4 c chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 325º
Combine all ingredients except walnuts. Either shape by hand or roll out with a rolling pin and cut with cookie cutters or a knife. Press walnuts into the tops of the cookies/
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 15 minutes. Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving
