Plums are one of the highlights of Summer, so it’s always fun to find more plum recipes!

This is a fruit that is often enjoyed right off the tree and it can also be used as a main ingredient for different types of foods. Plums are good in jam, smoothies and baked goods.

I prefer plum varieties that are a bit tart, but generally choose whichever ones look best when I’m at the grocery store or farmer’s market.
