Doesn’t this cereal look delicious?!?!
It is!
The fiber and whole grains are good for my body and the chocolate is good for my soul.
This week I got to try out the new Fiber One Chocolate at a special event hosted by Hungry Girl – Yes, THE Hungry Girl who enthusiastically shares her tasty and satisfying recipes and tips online, on TV, in books, magazines and more.
The cereal is good right out of the box, but can also be dressed up with a variety of other mix-ins including Greek yogurt, fat free strawberry yogurt, granola, marshmallows, bananas, raspberries, strawberries, almonds, coconut and more. You can use these as toppings or you can layer them with the Fiber One Chocolate for a parfait style treat.
Those of you who are already familiar with Hungry Girl know that she likes to eat. She wants her food to be satisfying and taste good and she also wants to maintain a healthy weight.
Fiber One can be a part of this. The chocolate cereal really tastes like a treat, but it only has 80 calories per serving and contains 35{4c41c5a6ab44e2224e17847b62ec61552d6cbb33ba429922acdf026e40af1447} of the recommended daily amount of fiber.
This cereal and other Fiber One products can be easily incorporated into other recipes.
The event was great. I enjoyed meeting Hungry Girl, trying the new FiberOne Chocolate and learning more ways to healthy up my routine.
