Papaya Breakfast Bowl
This yogurt papaya boat is pretty and delicious, so it is a wonderful way to start the day.
Eat it for breakfast or, if you’d like, have it later on for a snack or dessert.
It only takes a few minutes to prep this tasty meal, but it is a whole lot more fun than eating yogurt out of a cup.
I typically choose a rich and creamy Greek yogurt, but a vegan yogurt alternative is delicious, too.
This papaya boat is topped with fresh blueberries and toasted coconut, and then nutritious seeds are sprinkled on top.
Use plain chia seeds or a Superseed Blend that is a mixture of healthy ingredients.
