Veggie Grill is a vegan restaurant that even meat eaters can enjoy. The food is delicious by any standards, so there is no need to miss the meat, dairy or other animal products. The plant based foods taste great and leave me feeling satisfied.
This was my first visit to the Irvine location at the Tustin Marketplace. The fast casual restaurant has plenty of seating and the service was great. The food was just as good as I expected based on my visits to other Veggie Grills.
I generally like to order foods to eat family style when I go out to eat and that’s especially true at Veggie Grill. I can never settle on just one item, so it’s much better for me to go with a group and try a variety of dishes.
My favorite dish is the Crispy Cauliflower appetizer. It looks and tastes like orange chicken. I enjoyed everything I tried at this meal, but the cauliflower is something I’ll probably order each time I go to Veggie Grill.
This time I was the only vegetarian in my group. The others were meat eaters who had never been to Veggie Grill. They loved it and were completely satisfied even without meat for an entree. Everyone agreed that they would like to go back again.
