Korean Pear and Tangerine Salad
Ingredients:
Romaine Lettuce
1 Korean Pear, chopped
3 Seedless Tangerines
1 Pkg Melissa’s Steamed Peeled Red Baby Beets (4-5 small beets), sliced
Rice vinegar to taste
Instructions:
Gently toss all ingredients.
Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving
