Strawberry Beet Smoothie
Non-dairy Breakfast
This vegan beet smoothie is pretty and delicious, so it is a wonderful breakfast treat.
It is made with beets, strawberries and bananas, but the lovely color comes from the beets.
The smoothie can be made with fresh, raw beets, roasted beets, canned beets or steamed beets.
It is good with any of these options, but I personally like the convenient ready to eat steamed beet packages that are available at the grocery store.
The flavor of the beets is really good combined with the sweet strawberries and bananas, so it’s an excellent refreshing breakfast.
Enjoy this smoothie for a relaxing morning at home or drink it on the go.
