12 Easy No Pectin Jam Recipes

When it comes to jam, homemade is the choice for me! The fresh fruit flavor is so much better than mass produced commercial jams that use ingredients I’d never use at home. Simple recipes using high quality fruit at it’s peak of flavor are superior!

I understand that the idea of home made jam can be scary, if you’ve never done it before. Some methods require packages of pricey store bought pectin and expensive kitchen equipment.

But … you don’t really need all that. I have made thousands (this is not an exaggeration) of jars of jam without purchasing a single box of pectin. It’s all in the recipe and the technique.

Check out the recipes below and have fun making these easy no pectin required jam recipes.

I am one of those who would rather buy homemade jams from our local farmers market but these recipe look quite easy.

I end up with so many berries in the summer that it is always great to have ways to use them all.
