Vegan Berry Ice Cream Recipe

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup Fresh Strawberries
6 cups Frozen Berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
2-4 T Almond Milk or Hemp Milk
Optional Garnish:
Raspberries
Hemp Hearts
Coconut Shreds
Blueberries

High Speed Blender

Instructions
1) Place fresh strawberries into a blender. Blend, so that they are smooth.
2) Add in frozen fruit. Blend little by little adding in milk alternative one tablespoon at a time. It will take a bit of time for this thick nice cream, so be patient. You’ll need to pause to scrape down the sides periodically.
3) Serve in a bowl plain or topped with your choice of garnishes.
