Easy Cranberry Brie Appetizer

Cranberry Brie Bruschetta

The holidays are almost here and many of us are busy planning our special holiday meals that will be shared with friends and family.

Most of us will also have leftovers to enjoy the days following the holiday.

Those first few meals, I’m happy to eat leftovers exactly the same way they were served the first time.

After that, it’s time to get creative.

One thing that is often leftover is cranberry sauce.

Whether you get it out of a can or make it from scratch, this super easy recipe makes it easy to finish off that last bit of cranberry sauce in a delicious way.

You can even use leftover bread, since it will be toasted in the oven.

Cranberry Brie Bruschetta

Ingredients:

Cranberry Sauce (I used homemade Korean Pear Cranberry Sauce)
French Baguette, sliced
Brie, sliced

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 400º.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bread slices on the baking sheet and top with brie.

Bake for 3-5 minutes until bread is toasty and cheese is melted.

Top with cranberry sauce.

Serve hot.
