Claires at The Museum
Beautiful food, drinks and views are exactly what you’ll find at Claires at The Museum. It is in a gorgeous spot, since it overlooks the Pacific Ocean at the Long Beach Museum of Art.
The restaurant occupies the building next to the museum and the outdoor patio area. It was lovely to start my Saturday with breakfast at Claire’s followed by a tour of the museum.
Claire’s is open for breakfast and lunch. The menu includes a variety of classics all made to order with fresh ingredients. They had no problem customizing my order to make it vegetarian and avoid my allergens. I had Eggs Benedict with avocado instead of Canadian Bacon and a double portion of seasonal fruit. It was delicious.
They have craft cocktails and build your own champagne is a specialty of the house. They include fresh juice and fruit, so that each person can customize their own beverage. I had raspberry juice, mango, a raspberry and mint leaves in mine.
This was my second time to eat at Claire’s. It was just as good as the first!
