Paula’s Pancake House Solvang Breakfast

Paula’s Pancake House has been a popular Solvang breakfast spot for decades!

They are famous for their American breakfasts, Belgian waffles and, of course, Danish pancakes.

The restaurant is open from 6am to 3pm daily.

Their lunch menu is offered after 11am, but you can order breakfast all day.

There is often a wait for a table, since it’s such a popular place for breakfast.

However, I got lucky on this trip and was seated quickly.

But, by the time I left, the line outside had grown.

I had a vegetarian omelette and fresh strawberries that were tasty, but my favorite part of the meal may have been the still warm from the oven biscuit.

The restaurant has indoor and outdoor tables and it’s best to plan for at least a little wait to be seated.

Staff did a great job of providing quick service, even though the tables were at capacity.

My eggs and biscuit were just what I needed this morning, but next time I plan to order their famous Danish pancakes.
