These easy 3-ingredient gluten-free peanut flour shortbread cookies are the perfect treat. They’re buttery, crunchy, and delicious, and they’re so easy to make!

These cookies are so delicious that even people who don’t need to avoid gluten will love them.

The peanut flour gives them a light, nutty flavor that is perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the sugar.

The texture is also comparable to regular shortbread, so they will be enjoyed by kids and adults.

Shortbread

History:

Shortbread has a long and storied history, dating back to the 12th century.

It is believed to have originated in Scotland, where it was traditionally served as a teatime treat.

The cookies quickly became popular throughout the United Kingdom, and are now enjoyed all over the world.

Popularity:

Shortbread is a popular cookie for many reasons.

It is delicious, and it requires only a few simple ingredients.

Ease:

Shortbread is a very easy cookie to make, since it only requires 3 ingredients.

The dough is simple to mix together, so beginners can make it with ease.

Peanut Flour

Ease of Use:

Peanut flour is a great gluten-free substitute for regular all-purpose flour.

It can be used in a 1:1 ratio, and it does not require any special preparation.

This makes it a very easy ingredient to use, even for those who are new to gluten-free baking.

Gluten-Free:

Peanut flour is naturally gluten-free, making it a great option for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

It is also a good choice for people who are looking for a healthier alternative to regular flour.

Protein Content:

Peanut flour is a good source of protein, making it a nutrient-rich ingredient.

This makes it a good choice all of us who are looking for a protein-rich snack or dessert.

Another benefit is that it has significantly less fat than almond flour.

Light Peanut Flavor:

Peanut flour has a light peanut flavor, but it is not as strong as peanut butter.

You will get a taste of peanuts when you bite into this shortbread, but it isn’t strong like it is with a peanut butter cookie.
