BBQ Quinoa Skillet Meal Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 pound cooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
