Tropical Smoothie Made with Mango and Coconut

A burst of tropical flavors is a tasty way to kick start your morning, so a coconut mango smoothie is a good choice for breakfast.

Usually, we have smoothies in the morning, but sometimes we opt for a smoothie as an afternoon snack.

Whenever you make yours, it will be delicious.

Coconut meat is high in fiber and contains iron and other nutrients.

The milk also contains protein, so there is good nutrition however you choose to eat or drink it.

Mangos used to be hard to find at grocery stores in the US, but these days they are much more common.

I usually have at least 2 or 3 different varieties to choose from.

This fruit has full day’s worth of vitamin C along with other nutrients.

There is folate, vitamin A and even a little bit of protein.

Blend up one of these smoothies and enjoy!

Thank you Melissa’s for the Fresh Sliced Coconut Heart.

Yes, I am capable of cracking a coconut myself, but this was super easy.
