Hearty Pasta Dish
Pasta is my comfort food.
When made with nutritious kale and mushrooms, it turns into a delicious meal.
I made this dish with Gabriella’s Kitchen SkinnyPasta.
It’s gluten free, but you’d never guess it.
The flavor and texture would fool any picky gluten loving eater.
It’s made with highly nutritious teff, an ancient grain, and is non-GMO.
They’ve gotten the recipe just right, so that anyone can enjoy it.
Pasta with Kale and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 lb. Prepared Pasta
1 Bunch Kale, Chopped
8 oz. Mushrooms
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 t Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Saute all ingredients, except for pasta, until tender.
Toss in prepared pasta.
Serve and enjoy.
